Scheduling
Customers will be given a an available week for drop off. You may choose any day during the week given to drop your unit off, for your convenience. Please note, the techs are on the road Mondays through Thursdays. They are at the shop working on Fridays as well as at the end of every week day. So what ever day you choose to drop, just know the soonest it will be looked at is Thursday/Friday depending on scheduling and availability in the shop as well as parts.
We will always give you a call with updates on your unit as we have them. We also call with any major potential parts and/or labor quotes for repair before doing the work!
Our shop bays have not yet been built, so all the repair work done by the technicians is done outside. Expansion coming soon!

Finding Our Shop
We are located at 3379 Bethlehem Pike, Souderton, PA 18964.
It is easiest to get onto our property if you are driving southbound on Bethlehem Pike. We are on the left, right after Indian Valley Camping Center’s log cabin building. If you are headed northbound, you WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TURN RIGHT into our driveway, I suggest veering left onto County Line Road right as you come up the hill. Go to the light at County Line Road and Cherry Lane, make a right at the light and follow that to the stop sign. Make a right at the stop sign and you are back on Bethlehem Pike headed in the southbound direction. We are right down the hill, again, right after Indian Valley Camping Center on the left (literally right where their fence ends). We have a red mailbox at the road where our driveway is.
The property looks residential when your first pull in, and that's because it half is! You will see Jim's house first and the shop is the second building!
Parking
Please continue up the driveway to the shop. Keep going up the stone drive to the left of the shop to our lot. You will see all the units parked there. Find a spot that is comfortable for you to get into, as long as you are not blocking the way to get in/out of the lot, it's a good spot! Once parked, you can come into the office if its during business hours to hand in your keys. If its after hours, please drop your keys in our secure drop box in the shop door. There are envelopes to put your information on! Please make sure to sign the envelope or release waiver, we cant start the work without it!
PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE DRIVEWAY BEFORE COMING INTO THE OFFICE!
TAKE YOUR UNIT UP TO THE LOT, PARK, THEN COME INTO THE OFFICE.
